Co op Funeralcare is the largest funeral director in the United Kingdom with a branch estate spanning over 1,000 funeral homes. Supporting customers with Pre-paid funeral plans, when someone dies and bereavement requirements for funerals.

Dominic was hired by Co op Funeralcare back in October 2020 to support the business with various customer and colleague facing projects. To improve the end-to-end thinking, design and interaction approach across the business. But to also support with the acceleration and deployment of a number of omni-channel service propositions. To improve customer engagement and the overall experience throughout the COVID-19 pandemic both online and in-branch.

During his contract with Co op Funeralcare, he worked across Booking Appointments Online, Paying a Funeral Balance Online, LiveChat, New Funeral Products update and more.
