Value Retail is an international flagship retail destination, well known for The Bicester Collection of villages throughout Europe and China. Villages based in London, Milan, Madrid, Barcelona, Paris, Shanghai and more. Recognised for hosting luxury brands such as Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Chloe, Jimmy Choo, Dior, Balenciaga, Celine and many more.
During the course of the pandemic their villages were presented with various challenges of continuing to operate. Especially with the consideration that the villages operate in different countries, which at the time had their own individual restrictions for customers - for dealing with the pandemic.
The Villages still wanted to continue to provide customers with access to great deals and inventory through their Virtual Shopping capability. Enabling customers to communicate with in-store staff and stylists using FaceTime, WhatsApp for Business and other comms tools.
Dominic was tasked with producing a series of Experience Design Principles, Template Blueprints and Wireframes for the Gift Guide Experience. To drive customers to engage with the Edits and Content to drive them towards purchasing products and gifts virtually from home during the pandemic.
